Booking conditions

Spa plans are for 1 person, except those expressly indicated as being for couples or groups.

Monday to Sunday. Subject to availability.

// It is essential to wear a bathing cap in the indoor pool. The towel has a cost of 1€.

>> Non-attendance at the date/time specified in the purchase of the plan will result in the loss of the plan by the client. The booking can be cancelled or modified by calling 647 009 607 at least 24 hours in advance and UNDER AVAILABILITY.

If the booking is cancelled or modified after the deadline, we will charge 50% of the amount of your booking. It does not include access to the rest of the Holiday World Resort facilities. Only the plan with lunch includes access to the Riwo Hotel Buffet Restaurant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By accepting these terms the customer agrees to receive communications from Holiday World Resort.
Cancellations/changes can be made on the day of booking by calling +34 647 009 607 or writing to hydros.spa@holidayworld.es at least 2 days in advance and subject to availability.
